[SOLVED] My HP Omen 15 reaches 100℃ while gaming ?

Hello, I have an HP Omen 15 with Ryzen 7 4800h and RTX 2060. It idles around 40℃ when not charging. But when charging, it idles at 70℃ and while gaming reaches 100℃. Please help as I don't know what's going on.

Pretty normal for laptops with stock thermal paste to clock high and end up at 100c, This is really nothing new in the laptop world. A repaste might drop the temps 5c or so its worth a try.

Glad to hear that , Actually I was a PC user and PCs always have low temps so I thought that this is the case for laptops.

And I put a cooling pad under it, and maximum temps are 92. Average are 80.
