Hello Everyone! So the problem with my laptop is that when i play games with the CPU and the NVIDIA GPU the cpu speed comes to 0.39Ghz and after every few seconds the speed goes to 2.9Ghz and instantly back to 0.39Ghz.I tried playing games on the integrated graphics but it's not so playable.I tried using throttlestop. It doesn't work. There is no option to disable Turbo Boost in the BIOS.I can't understand it.I tried other posts but none helped me.
The one strange thing is that when the cpu works with the NVIDIA GPU it throttles but doesnot with the integrated one.I usually play games like CS:GO,
World of Tanks,Heroes and Generals etc
.Nothing too heavy.
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.By the way the laptop specs are:

Processor : Intel Core i7 6500U @ 2.59 Ghz
RAM : 8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz memory
GPU 0 : Intel HD Graphics 520

GPU 1 : NVIDIA GT 940M 2GB DDR3
HDD : 500GB Western Digital

Thanks for not replying people.

By the way the problem was the some "BRHOTProtocol" thing which i disabled in throttlestop and everything was back to normal. It just makes the processor go slower if the rest of the ssystem is going slow.

Oh i figured it out.It was some BRHOT thing in trottlestop which made the processor slow just because the rest of the laptop is hot.
