My HP Pavillion Dv9700 Laptop No Audio

i got a laptop from my cousin his old one it was decent since mine got lost in the move but i finally bought a charger for it thought all was great it originally was a windows Vista but was upgraded to windows 7 and i realized the audio was messed up well i found out upgrading can cause driver issues so i went back to vista and it didn't fix the problem i then turned it on one day and install acustic bride to stream that audio to another pc it told me to reboot it fixed all audio and then i didn't need anything else done but left everything as it was i restarted computer then it booted up again the audio output was broken again i tried to rein-act this meth hood and it failed i ordered a usb sound card but the shipper didn't ship it but said it was shipped now i am out of that option it would be easier if it was just fixed and working as the laptop should work pls help

thanks for trying but I did not succeed in that thing it said the problem was not fixed
and there were no solutions after the set up thingy

ok i managed to ind the correct drivers the back of the pc it says dv9700 but its actually a dv9701
it has all the drivers that sometimes install then go away i installed them they say they work properly but now i dont hear anything i upgraded to windows 10 they said it has issues with that

Ok i Reinstalled the Original operating system i can get sound to work but it turns off i found out when i turned off aero theme it doesnt turn off but now when areo theme is off every game i play is black and white and every theme i try the only one that puts in color is aero theme any i deas how to fix

I think it waws just a bad motherboard my internet driver went out a month ago same with the sd card slot and its now having hard drive problems the computer is just a bad model i went and got my old one from parents house so far so good other than my graphics problem i yet dont understan ill make a new question about that thanks for all the help trying guys
