My hp V165w 4 gb pendrive not getting recognised

my hp pendrve is not getting recognised in my pc and neither in any of other pc...

my pendrive is 2 years old hp v165w 4GB but it is not detected by any computer in my xp p4 comp it was showing not recognized but in any other comp it is even not showing that can any one help me
