My HP3822 won't print using compatiable ink cartridges

Hello,
I have never used compatiable ink cartridges before, I have used a 15 black and 78 colour, the orange light is flashing on the printer for ink fault, I have run the usual test and re-calibrate but no joy, any suggestions pleas

You need to get support from the 'compatible' cartridge company. Some companies do not actually test the cartridges before selling them; they simply refill them and hope for the best. . .

It is certainly possible that you have a faulty cartridge there. I must however warn you that these cartridges are heavily patented so it is likely that you have a refilled cartridge and not a compatible. As such your printer may give some indication of a low ink level estimate, but this in itself would not stop you from being able to print.
