Question My i3-12100f is limited to 45 watts, and its majorly limiting performance ?

these are all of my specs, and when I had low performance I originally suspected that the arc a770 was just having driver issues but when I looked at monitoring systems I realized my cpu was only drawing 45 watts and I don't really know how to fix that.

Have you actually ran any benchmarks, or just looked at power consumption?
You can download and run userbenchmark and post the results here. It is not a very accurate test all things considered, but it is a good place to start.

I went a tinkered with the settings and now it goes up to a stable 55w

Did you check power limits in BIOS? What is your power plan?
