[SOLVED] My i3 9100f stutter a lot

Basically 3 days ago my CPU started using 100% and i can't play normally, my fps drops from 120 to 14 very often in fortnite. It was not like this in the past. Same with Rocket League, Rainbow six, etc.
Components: i3 9100f
RX 570 4 Gb
2x Corsair Vengance 8gb Ddr4 2400mhz
