My i5 system is freqently very slowly

os system win7 ultimate
memmery DDR3 2 GB Ram-2

my system frequntly very slow sometimes is very fast.
what is the reason about it

Am I reading it right that you have 2GB of ram? If you only have 2GB of RAM you are probably running out of physical ram and starting paging. Paging memory to the HDD is really slow because the HDD is really slow. Upgrade to 4GB of RAM total and it should fix your problems (unless you leave way to many programs open like I do 😀)
