Intel Core i7-12700 Processor
Average clock frequency 2,114 MHz

overheating?

systeminfo which comes with 3d mark is outdated, try updating it v5.35 is 2 years old, so maybe 3d mark doesnt runs properly with e-cores on this old version

here v5.56

Running 2400 ram in single channel is not helping perf any.

slightly...updating 3d mark would help more

i update systeminfo and 3d mark/ now cpu freq is about 4500mhz/ but the cpu score still remains at 8900
is new ram ( 2* corsair 16 GB 3200) better option?

this is my last run with updated 3d mark and systeminfo:

hvci and vbs is enabled, disable it in bios, that is, disable in bios virtualisation and execute bit, should be somewhere in advanced configuration, probably under cpu settings

if that doesnt help, provide another CPU benchmark, maybe from passmark

1-my cpu passmark score was 28000 while the other user with same cpu have 31000 scores
in passmark my kingmax ram score was lower than average world score/
2- i compare my 3dmark results with other user and for most user hvci and vbs was running during the test: for example look this https://www.3dmark.com/spy/31201962

what do you think? my problem refers to the cpu or ram?
