So I ran this Auto-tuning program that comes with the motherboard (ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming) and I thought at about 4.7Ghz it would stop, but the CPU temp would stay under 35 degrees celcius so it would continue and continue, when it reached 5.9Ghz it still was under 35 degrees so as it wanted to go to 6.0Ghz the computer just said <language edit> and refused to go further and now I simply reset it and I'll most likely keep it on 5.0Ghz and run it through stress tests to ensure it will live.

Cooler: Noctua Dh-15 (Very amazing thing, GTA 5 4k gaming stays under 40 degrees celcius)

Any idea how this happend guyes?

Solution
Don't touch base clock. Leave that a 100mhz.

Likely all you'll need to change is your CPU ratio (multiplier) to 47, and then add voltage until it no longer crashes in stability testing. Avoid going over ~1.4v.

I see the problem, my power option was set to Power Saving, that's why it never reached high temps and thus the program thought it could continue.

But still, what is the best speed I should reach without breaking it?

I would try for 4.7 GHz.
