My i7 6800K is running 6.6 GHz currently

I am at 1.385 input and my vcoree is 1.2874 and i am maxing out at 71C on my stress tests. Have i won the super silicon lottery? This cpu is not making any sense. I am literally at 6.6GHz atm with ease, been pushing it here and there with 1hour tests per 0.1 MHz for the past few weeks and this thing just keeps goin! Doing I contact intel? Would they want to see this? Or is it just good luck or what??
