My i7 8700 Heating When in Game

Hello,

I've just built a new PC.
Some of the components are:
- Intel - Core i7-8700 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor
- CRYORIG - H7 Quad Lumi 49 CFM CPU Cooler
- Asus - ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
- EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
- Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Everything runs well, until I start playing a game like Tomb Raider, Battlefront 2, or Anthem (Demo).
When in game, Windows sends me notifications of my CPU's temperature, which reaches over 80deg C - sometimes as high as 85deg C
I use Core Temp and it shows the same temperature as Windows. Actually, the highest temp it read was 96deg C on Core #3, at 11.1W.

I'm not a big computer wiz, so I have no idea what could be wrong. The only thing I could think of is that the CPU cooler isn't installed properly....

Any helps is greatly appreciated.
