Question My i7 and RAM are both underperforming - Specs Attached

As title states, my CPU and RAM both indicate to be substantially underperforming. I've noticed significant performance issues that I believe are unrelated to my internet, as it runs just fine. Performance issues on Red Dead Redemption 2 and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. I've ran both with medium and low graphics but there are still performance issues. I often get the "out of memory" message and Task Manager always indicates my memory to be at 100%.

CPU: Intel Core i7-12700KF
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070-Ti
SSD: WD Black SN770 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB
RAM: Adata DDR4 3600 2x8GB
MBD: Ibuypower INTEL

I've also pasted my Userbenchmark testing below. I'm not too familiar with computers and how to manipulate them so explanation is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance and happy new year.

Looks like nothing was properly set up in BIOS and is running at factory defaults.
Memory is DDR4, but faster DDR5 may have been expected so it automatically shows lower score but is also running slower at 2400MHz because XMP is not enabled in BIOS to run at full speed. can you post screens from CPU-z Memory and SPD tabs ?
16GB may not be enough for expectations and errors may be caused by memory and/or too full disk for proper virtual memory operation, need to check after XMP is enabled.

GPU may have a problem because of only 8GB of memory while 10 or 12GB is expected by User benchmark. Also need to check Nvidia driver control panel if everything is properly set up.

Hi Mike,

Thank you so much for your response. In regards to the CPU-Z and SPD tabs, where exactly could I find that?

Further, looking at Nvidia driver control panel, how would I know everything is properly setup? I am a huge noob with PCs.

Your 3600mhz ram is running at 2400mhz.
Go into BIOS and enable XMP.

I often get the "out of memory" message and Task Manager always indicates my memory to be at 100%.
This would indicate, you're running out of ram.
What are your virtual memory settings?
(Settings/System/About/Advanced System Settings/Advanced/Performance/Settings/Advanced/Virtual Memory/Change)
You may want to upgrade to 32GB ram.
