My idle temperature on my R9 380 is 76C at 0% load, why is it so high?

My system is Windows 10
AMD FX-8120 @ 3.42gHz
16 Gigs Ram
R9 380 Sapphire 4GB
CPU temp is 50C
AMD Driver is 16.5.2.1

is your cpu 50C at idle??? if so it looks like your computer is in a hot room or doesn't have enough case cooling.

Make sure there is a way for air to get in your computer and also get out. If the air is just blowing around inside it will get hotter and hotter. Also make sure the hot air can't just go right back in. Sometimes where you've placed your computer can be blocking a needed vent. Or sitting papers on top of a desktop model.
