[SOLVED] My iGPU clock speed and memory speed keeps fluctuating

After a motherboard swap my AMD A10 7800 APU onboard graphics started fluctuating in performance, it's very consistent.
Anyone knows what might be causing this?

Weirdly after the iGPU fluctuating for about a week or 2 now after upgrading the motherboard, it stopped doing after i launched a CSGO benchmark to check the thermals, just in case it returns i'll give you the answers:
the full system spec is
an AMD A10 7800 apu
ASROCK fm2a68m-dg3+ motherboard
some weird chinese CPU cooler that came with the prebuilt (it's a lenovo h50-55 btw)
the power supply is a Thermaltake litepower 550W
PS. The cpu core thermals averaged at about 80c
PSS. I used hwmonitor to check the temps.

I guess?
yeah it runs 4+2 gigs ram
also i'm running the cpu in 65w tdp mode instead of regular 45

don't oc, get better cooler
get a better ram kit.
