My Imation H100 won't load startup on my Asus EeePC.

The HDD previously had automatic startup when plugged in, now its simply locked and won't display the startup application. I recently reinstalled windows, would could the issue be and whats the best way to solve it?

Open Windows Explorer - - do you see the external hard drive's icon there? If yes, double-click on it.
