My Intake fans are working as an exhaust fan. I have a tenpered glass front panel, after removing it, fans works perfectly. But after putting it back all of my three intake fan works as an exhaust fan. Due this every fan in my cabinet is an exhaust fan.

3- Front Intake ( which works as an exhaust)
2- Top exhaust.
1- rear exhaust.

How can I make it work as an Intake fan while the front panel is still there?

You may want to look into an idea called positive pressure inside a case. Positive pressure means that the case has more air going in than air going out per second. This can be caused by having too many intake fans, or a set intake fans that are more powerful than the set of exhaust fans. In short, air pressure builds up quickly inside causing air from inside to try and escape out of any hole it can. Your case doesn't have many gaps or holes, so this theory may make sense here.

It's possible that your intake fans may be so strong they are actually filling the case with pressurized air to the point where the fans can no longer fight the backflow. This theory also explains why taking off the side panel corrects this entirely.

A short video explaining it:

You can try turning down your intake fans, or turning up your exhaust fan. It may help.
