my integrated graphics is bottlenecking,please tell me how to remove bottleneck without spending any money?

my laptop spesc :
- Intel core i7-2640M 2.80 GHz
- Intel HD Graphics 3000
- 6GB RAM
- 500GB HDD
- Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

it's not about bottlenecking, simply put integrated graphics is not capable of gaming.
so if you want to play games, you will need a new laptop/desktop
