My Intel board won't POST, No video, No Beep Codes

CPU: i7 2500k 3.4Ghz
Cooling: ??? Liquid Cooling unit
PSU: ATX 850
RAM: 2x 4Gb and 2x 2Gb Samsung DIMM 1600Mhz DDR3-12800
Hard Drive: Western Digital ??? 160Gb
SSD: Samsung ??? 255Gb
GPU: Nividia GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Hi, Just got this intel board in brand new condition nothing wrong with it as far as looks go, everything was going fine until i turned it on, The computer won't POST at all even when i reset the BIOS the Computer now turns itself on without me pressing the power button.

I have tried Breadboarding the mobo with just the cpu and psu, but it acted the same. There are no beep codes when it turns itself on, there's also no ram in it but it doesn't beep or give any care to the absence of RAM.

There is no Video output, With the card or without, I've tried VGA, DVI, and HDMI but still nothing.

I tested the PSU on older IBM motherboard and it worked fine. I removed the 750 and the computer still stayed the same.

One thing i should point out as well is the Power button does work, it can turn off the pc and turn it back on but it doesn't when I switch on the power supply, It would normally Try to start then switch off, then i'd have to use the power button to turn it on, but that is not the case.

I let the computer Run for about an hour to see if that would help, it didn't.

That means either the cpu or MB has problem, but usually over 90% chance the problem is from the MB.
