[SOLVED] My intel DH61CR bios is corrupt but windows works. When I press f2 it loads into bios but just says main in the corner and nothing else.

Hi there,
My motherboard (DH61CR) bios worked well at the beginning until I updated it. Windows still works but the bios setup (f2) doesn't work properly. I can't even boot to a usb. it just shows a grey screen. I tried flashing the bios again with a usb by removing the bios jumper and starting up. It successfully flashed. I thought this would resolve the problem. It didn't, it stayed the same. Help would be much appreciated.
My system:
MB: DH61CR
CPU: I5 3470
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: 8GB DDR3
DRIVEs: Crucial 240gb ssd + wd blue 250gb hdd
OS: Windows 10 pro 1909

I tried to plug in the dvi cable to the motherboard and I got no input on my monitor.
