Hello, I have an Intel DZ77RE-75K motherboard and it won't boot, - there is no posting, no display, no beeps. There is an on-board numeric LED display, and the LED debug codes it goes through are 04, which is displayed for a few seconds, then it goes to 31 for a few seconds, and then it shuts itself off, and then powers back on, and goes through this loop indefinitely. I was doing a bios update, and then it just shut itself off and then powered up, and started this loop.

And its 3 AM on Christmas day, so everything is closed!

I am hoping its the motherboard, rather than the CPU (Intel i7-3770k). But I'm out of my own diagnostic abilities here.
Any help?

Thanks!

Most probably the BIOS is corrupted and motherboard unusable. Check the manual, see if there's a recovery method that you could use, but... my guess is that you need another board. Or RMA yours, if under warranty.
