Question my intel i5 4200u is running better than my amd 8600m series and i really need help.

I want to know if my intel i5 4200u is better than my Amd 8600m series, because when i tend to run games i always get more frames and smoother game play and less stutters, but when i use my Amd 8600m series i will get a lot of stutter and very choppy game play. i had this question for 3 months and i would love to get an answer thank you.

sorry, but after a little research, I couldn't find out what an AMD 8600m series was. I tried graphics and cpus but I couldn't find anything. However, I am familiar with the AMD FX 83XX processor line if that's what you mean.

Yes thats what i ment i still need help
