My interenet connection goes off?

Hi friends>>
I need some help>>>
My internet goes off whenever i use it to its maximum>>>(which means my modem lights also goes off)
(i.e)Whenever i Downloading or opening many tabs at a time or watching videos ,My modem goes off and automatically it restarts,but the internet is not working,then i have to restart the modem manually(My modem goes off means ,my data and link connection to the modem goes off)>>>>

I LOSE MY CONNECTION WHENEVER IT GETS OVERLOAD AS I MENTIONED ABOVE>>>
PLEASE HELP>>>I CANT USE MY INTERNET >>>>I AM GETTING ANNOYED WITH THIS>>>>
MY ISP Said there is nothing problem with their connection they are providing>>>>

Call down your ISP, since you're paying, they'll provide you with help with this issue.
