My internal Hard Disk Drive disconnects at times, and reconnects after a few seconds. I don't know why this is happening. HDD's health is still at 100%.

I'm using a SSD for my OS boot and the HDD is for my files, games and other applications. I'm stuck and can't find solutions to this problem.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
B450M-DS3H
16GB DDR4 3000mHz
GTX 1060 6GB
500W PSU
1TB

You can try replacing the SATA cables with the new ones to check if it detects your internal drive because as you mentioned above about broken pins, that can also be the reason for the problem.

Also, you can try connecting your internal drive as an external drive via a USB connector as it will use an entirely separate execution path to access the drive. It will let you know if there is any problem with the drive.

test with other sata port? different sata/power cable?
check event viewer for any log/warning/error message?
I somehow discovered that my SATA Power Cable's pins are bent and my other cables got missing pins. Can't try them but my SSD's power cable pins are fine. Don't have spare cables. This might be the problem, isn't it? And if so, does a broken pinned cable harm my HDD's health?
