My internet browsing is too low

i am using windows 7 and after a moth later my internet connection is getting too slow i cant load a single page . some times it will take five six minutes to load one page . and some times page cannot load . but if i restart my PC it will OK some times but within 20 minutes again same thing is happening .... also i have been contacted my internet operator and they told me that's my PC problem....
so please any body tell me how can i fix this problem .......

What anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-malware systems are you running?

Download and install Mozilla Firefox, or Chrome... see if issue persists on another browser.... Are you wireless or wired... PC specs would be nice.

scan your system if no virus found then you must reinstall your windows.

Download MalewareBytes and run a FULL scan... see if that finds anything. Also, un-install and re-install your NIC in Device Manager. You may want to try using SAFE MODE w/ Networking and see if issue persists. Are you directly connected to your Modem or are you going through a Router?

Still would like your PC specs, are you having any other issues(like being slow to startup or shutdown, do you play games on it?..)
