My internet connection crashes every 5-10 minutes

Very weird call up your internet provider and report the issue or maybe buy a new modem

i already called them. they came and said that they have no idea whats the problem

Have you switched out your WIFI card/adapter because that may be your problem. Or you could try using lan and seeing if the problem keeps going.

Do you use wifi or connected with cable? do you use a laptop or a desktop if so what are your specs?

Have you restared your modem? is the modem hot when you touch it? have you updated your lan drivers etc?

What's different late spring/summer where you live that could affect inside or outside wiring? What type of connection? Fibre, cable or an old phone line?

i said late spring/summer because i think its because its hot outside, and i have cable
