[SOLVED] My internet connection is unstable on one of my three computers ?

Hello, now I am a streamer and I have three computers connected to a router, me and my brother have been streaming for years now. A few days ago my brother noticed that his computer internet was unstable and was not using all the network that was available to it. Of course we tried a number of things like checking the cord to make sure it was in, we even changed the wire connected to the router from my computer to his to see if that was the case, we reset the router by unplugging it for a few hours, we even have tried to delete the internet connection his computer is using. The only question we have is, why did this randomly happen? He has not downloaded any updates from the time it started, out of the (3) computers we have connected his computer is the only one not using the internet as it should. My only conclusion to this would mean its his computer and not the wires, router itself. Any ideas how we can fix this problem?

Since it is often difficult to determine if it is a hardware or software problem, I would start with booting a portable Linux OS. If your performance "magically" is good, then you have a software problem.
