Question My internet connection keeps changing to use a proxy server

have run malwarebytes and eset online scanner and it says no infected files. it's preventing me from getting on some websites

On the browsers where it is happening, what extensions/add-ons are you using?

on my network and internet setting, connection, LAN settings. Use a proxy server for you LAN keeps getting checked after I uncheck it

When does it change? Randomly? When you reboot? What OS version are you using? Is it a laptop or a desktop? Connected with WiFi or ethernet cable?

happens almost immediately after I uncheck the box, laptop, wifi , windows 11
