Hello.
Ive got a Lenovo Legion 5 RTX 3060 Laptop
16GB ram DDR4
Ryzen 7 5800H

And when i start a stream on this laptop my (Download 910Mbps Upload 30Mbps) Internet connection goes down to 5Mbps DWN / 0.2Mbps UP, so my stream freezes a lot, and my voice (in discord) starts to cut off.

the thing is that, my Girlfriend, can stream properly on Twitch using the same internet connection, and she has a DDR3 with an RX GPU (she has a Desktop pc)

thanks in advance.
If you need any more info feel free to ask, hope you guys can help me out, have a good day!

EDIT: I had a ping check on google.com the whole streaming session and my ms stays in 6-13ms without packet loss.

EDIT 2: Tried to Stream in discord just now, in less than 1 minute, my internet downgraded to 6-8Mpbs (with ethernet and wifi) with FAST.com test.
also, tested it on my phone (my phone says 360Mps always)
And tested aswell on Girfriend's PC (it stays in 90Mpbs)

Seems that my laptop is the one that drops more Mbps, so i dont know if its the ISP or my laptop, or both.

EDIT 3: Leaving only my laptop conected, is the same, still recieving 9Mpbs. Restarted laptop and it got back to 800+Mbps, started streaming on discord World of Wacraft with only my laptop conected to de modem/router and it basically disconected and had to stop streaming, since my friend couldnt hear me and the internet connection went back to normal (930Mpbs).

EDIT 4: Tested Streaming Discord in my GF's PC for some reason she has the download speed locked at 92Mbps but when she streams it doesnt drop like my laptop's.
Also tested on my phone, left the stream window open and the throttle didnt happened, so at this point, it seems the drop is my laptops fault. any solutions? :(

EDIT 5 POSIBLE SOLUTION: so, save this for future users, Lenovo Laptops, have an application called "Lenovo advantaje" theres a option called "Network boost" it deprioritices everything else besides games, so yeah, deactivate it. or just add, discord and streaming platforms as exceptions, but doubt itll work properly

Thanks for this quick update I have Alienware and faces the same issue I wonder if it's my internet speed I have a connection of 25Mbps and according to this article, 3 Mbps is enough so it was a dead end for me unless I found this thread. So kill unnecessary apps that run in the startup as well as some Windows app running in the background, I did all this manually to run a smooth stream on Twitch.
