My internet drops from 100mbps to 3mbps constantly

First off, Ethernet is not an option for me, but it was working fine until a few weeks ago, when I randomly started to have major issues. My internet is incredibly volatile. I usually get 80-100 download and 10-15 upload, but It constantly drops to 4-5 download and .1-.5 upload, resulting in packet loss and slower speeds. Why is this happening? I have changed my channels, DNS servers, set up Qos, 20/40 mhz coexistence is turned off, and still nothing is getting better. I know it's not my PC because my phone and laptop both experience the same thing. I use a netgear nighthawk router and I have the modem that Spectrum gave me. I replaced the cable from the modem to the router, and made sure everything was secure. I really need help with this, any suggestions would be awesome.

I think that the reason that is dropping down so low is due to the fact that someone else is using the internet as well this has happened to me and it didn't make to much of a different

Drops occur when nobody else is on the internet so I know it's not that.
