Go to internet options in IE and change the home page to whatever you want or go to the page you want as your home page, then internet options then click use current button.

I tried that several times it doesn't work. I also did that in the past this is something I never ran across before. I have been all over the internet settings and nothing works. Is there any way to remove IE and start again?
