My internet has been going slow lately

This is how slow my internet is going. Up until about 3 days ago I would get 20 down 4-5 up, but now it looks like this, my youtube videos I can't play in 1080p anymore, my games sometimes run slow etc... Is there a reason for this? Just looking for some answers.. thanks!

try unplugging the router from the wall for a minute or so then plugging back in and waiting till it's totally back on. sometimes things can just get gummed up and will do things like that, if that does not work then contact the isp which can check for issues or reset from there side to further fix the issue.

I feel like I have done this before and it works for a little bit then goes back to the slow speeds.
