Question My internet is randomly cutting out for 1-10 seconds (Windows 10)

Hi guys,
So basically my internet connection has been cutting out for last week, but cutouts are kinda "weird". Every cut lasts for like 1 - 10 seconds but, when I'm on Teamspeak with my friends or I'm playing online game (in my case League of Legends) I'm still able to hear my friends talking or players in the game going on. It seems to me that this is kinda upstream problem or something.

I'm connect to router by cable(I'm the only one connect trough the cable) and there are several devices connected to Wi-Fi.

I tried:

• flushing DNS cache
• setting up static IP address instead of dynamic I had
• releasing and renewing IP address

If anyone has experience with this kinda problem, please let me know what can I do to fix it.

try a different cable, reinstall the LAN driver,
check antivirus and firewall for incorrect behaviour
How do you see the cutout? How do you recognize it?
