My internet speed is being throttled by something. Only on one Device.

I have a 30/12 Mbps unlimited connection. I'm getting all 30 Mbps on download speed and upload speed is 12 on all devices(Ping is 20ms)(My phone, Tablet, PC) except for my laptop. These are the speedtest.net results for my laptop-
Ping 387 ms
Download Speed 496 Kb/s
Upload Speed 20 Kb/s
Someone help me please.
(I have Hamachi, Visual Studio dev tools, Xamarin Studio, Unity Engine and Unreal Engine by the way. In case, they can affect my internet speed.(I don't think so))
Edit: I don't have a high spec laptop-
6 GB Ram, Intel Pentium CPU N3530 @ 2.16 GHz, Intel HD Graphics 2 GB Dedicated Vram

You might have to tweak some of your wifi card settings or update the wifi card driver.

Ok I'll try that.
I think its under Network Adapters in Device Manager.
Ok, I'm updating these -
Realtek PCIe Family controller - up to date
Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter - needed update
Ok, maybe this works.
I'll reboot and see.
