Question My internet speed is fine but i lag in online games?

My internet down is 20 up is 3 and ping is 10-something. Recently my computer started to lag when i'm playing online games, i tried to play those games offline and they worked fine. But when i switch to a online game it starts to lag . And its not because of my ping since i get relatively normal ping which is 70-90 or lower. To describe how it lags, other characters stop moving than appaer in some other place. My pc is fine too since i was just playing these games just fine a week ago

I have this same issue myself, what board/cpu you running? My adapter works fine on all PCs but my new one it says connected and speed tests have high speed but I get disconnected from online games.

Other people in the house just discovered Netflix?

cpu = i7 4970k
board = msi Z97 GAMING 7
Netflix is not the problem even at late night when everybody is sleeping i get the same problem
