My Internet speed is only slow on my Computer!

I have a big issue regarding my machine. When I used it before I had great experience with internet speeds getting around 50 mbps, but lately I have been getting a rediculous 0.07 mbps! I just reset my TCP/IP stack which boosted it to about 10 is mbps, but its still not what I used to have. My internet is fine on every other device apart from my machine. I do not know much about computers as I am only 15 years old but im looking to get some (hopefully) professional help! Anything suggested will be appreciated: And please, ask for more details if needed.

If its a desktop what specs do you have?

Before you do anything else just run a virus scan.
Open your task manager to see if there are anything soaking up the internet.
I dont know if you have a desktop or a laptop, but Im gonna assume you have a desktop and have that PC in the same room/spot all the time.
Have you tested another PC in the same room/spot you experience slow speeds?
Also I would try to use a ethernet cable to see if you get a better connection, then it might be your wireless adapter in your PC.
What internet speed do you guys actually pay for?

I would also just call the internet providor and see if they can find any issues.
