My internet speed is really fast but my download speed is so slow

Hi there, recently my download speed has been dropping like crazy. Before I could download files at 15mbps (around 1500kbps) but now Im stuck at 40kbs and it could drop down to 9kbs. Downloading a 5mb file would take like ages.

and yes before I do some repairs I have already checked almost everything.

All my drivers are up to date including my Nvidia Drivers and Intel Drivers + Network Adapter Drivers
Ive used a tool that helps repair my networking issues as well

The server/ website from which I download from is perfectly fine. I've tested the download speed on my friend's laptop and they get around 15mbps (1500kbs)

Its also roughly the same speed for firefox too. Please help, it was never like this before.

Chrome and Edge aren't serious downloading software and they vary a lot. Try using something like orbit downloader or Free Download Manager. On top of that, the download speed also depends on the file server where you file is locate in.

I have tried using a third party download manager (if you are talking about integration) but it also depends on the download speed too. They both give me the same download speed of around 40kpbs.Meanwhile I've tested these download managers on another computer and they spike up to 1.5 mb/s .The file servers are fine, as this also happens with other websites too. I have also contacted my isp and they said the problem is on my end.
Please advise.
