Apologies in advance if i'm in the wrong spot.
So I have 1Gb internet speed, or i'm supposed to anyways, all of the other computer in my house post pretty decent numbers in the speed tests 700-900 Mb/s. Mine however is getting between 30-100 Mb/s. It may also be worth mentioning that my computer is a lot newer than the other two, I have also tried other ethernet cables as well, it's only my pc with this issue. Any idea what may be going on? Also it says below my ram is times at 799mhz, (it doesnt say that in my bios)

Try a old line mode tool called IPERF to transfer data between 2 machines inside your house.

This program pretty much only tests the network. It is not affected by cpu/memory/disk etc. Most times you should get 900+mbps in both directions. If it does not then you have some kind of network issue. If it runs fast then you start to consider other parts of your machine.

So I did this, when I tried to connect to my computer as server, the other computer said connection refused
