My internet stops working every 5 seconds for 1 second

i have a asus pce-n53 300mbps 11n dual band wireless lan pci-e card and the internet is stops every 5 seconds for 1 second. If i deinstall and install the network-card it works fine untill i turn off and on the computer.

this is my send and resive, as you can see it drops evey 5 secounds
 
Solution
In Device Manager right click on your network adapter and select Properties then Power Management and turn off the Allow to turn off to save power setting.
Other way: Go to “Network and Sharing Center” and from there “Change adapter settings” (It’s on the left hand menubar)
Right click your wifi adapter -> click Properties -> click Configure -> click Power Management
Uncheck the box “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”. That should do the job.

If you are using Windows 8, you can try PC Refresh. You can find this in the same area that you would find system restore (or simply click the Windows button and type 'Refresh', it should pop there.
If this doesn't work for you, you should consider updating your drivers.

i didnt get to try that before i found a solution but thanks anyways :)
 


Thanks man! I disabled the 2.4gh on my usb adapter and it worked!
