My internet turns off for 1s then turns on again

Hey guys i have a problem, when im playing games, sometimes i lost my internet, but for 1s.

It's like turning off for 1s then turning on... i have a laptop Acer, but i think it's not my pc problem, because when i connect through wifi it has no problem, but when i connect with my ethernet cable it disables for 1s..

When im playing games like: CS:GO and internet disconnects i got disconnected from my game, when im trying to connect back it's not allowing me, something like i changed my ip address.
I hope someone can help me, because it's really tiring to lose the connection all the time.

I would first try updating the LAN driver for your laptop. If that doesn't fix the issue, make sure the modem isn't causing your internet to reset.
