My internet works everywhere in my house except for my pc

My pc was working perfectly yesterday and all of a sudden did not want to connect to the internet anymore. I use an ethernet cable that i know works for sure because i connected it to a laptop and it worked just fine, any ideas?

I have a
I5-6600k
Msi Gaming M7 motherboard
GTX Geforce 1070
Windows 10
All of the newest drivers installed

And you replaced the pc with the laptop if I understand correctly.

Did you try running the built-in Network Troubleshooter on the pc?

Run "ipconfig /all" from the command prompt on the pc. Verify that you your network configuration is as expected.

You can also try "ipconfig /flushdns" to see if that resolves the problem.
