my ip camera's are not showing live videos in truvision software. i cant acces it through the browsers. but i can review the recorded videos and when i try to ping it say request timed out. how could i solve it?

too many unknowns....
what is the use of and an IP cam if you can't even ping it????
What you need to do is first solve your connectivity issues.
Secondly you need to open the ports dedicated for video transmission on the cams and the routers..... to be able to access them from anywhere else on the network.
Check the basics..... it's in the documentation.
