My ip is going crazy

Hi,for some reason,for some time my ip on speedtest seems to be close to Switzerland instead of Romania and even my ip and isp are different,but this happens just on speedtest,can anyone help me?here are 2 photos

IP locations can reflect where you are, or where your ISP is, or where a server thinks your IP is, based on the IP's history.

Factor in dynamic IPs, if applicable, and possible VPN usage, I would ignore where systems think your IP is, unless you really, really want to be located accurately. Some websites want to know your location. Some people tell them. I never do. Not their business.
