My IP is messed up

So in order to change some stuff in my router i need to type the ip into the adress bar. My IP comes up with nothing because it has a bunch of letters and numbers not just letters. So i need a way to make my ip just numbers again please help.

Go into your nic properties and disable IPv6

Your router is giving IPv6 addresses. Disable your IPv6 in your router settings.
