Question My keyboard and ethernet randomly dissconects

My keyboard and ethernet randomly dissconects while im playing for no reason (only when i play, i can use my pc normally)
PS I already update bios and drivers

Nvidia gt1030
TUF Gaming b450 Plus II
8gb Ram Ballistix
Ssd Adata swordfish

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? What BIOS version are you on at the time of writing? Clean install of the OS or were you on an older OS version and then updated? Also, have you tried reinstalling your chipset drivers?

PSU EVGA 500W 1.5 years, Bios version 3002, I already did a clean installation of the OS and reinstall the chipset drivers, im downloading an old iso of windows 10
