I bought a keyboard (the Reddragon K551 VARA-RGB to be exact) and it doesn't work on my PC. it keeps saying error code 43 and it says that windows does not recognize the device. There are no drivers as it is advertised to be plug and play. It works in my BIOS, so it seems to be a windows issue. I would appreciate any assistance as it is a nice keyboard and I really don't want to have to return it.

Another note: It is an RGB keyboard, and when I plug it in the RGB light turn on and I can configure them, but Windows does not respond to my keystrokes.

Solution
Never mind, I got this keyboard to work.

For those looking for a solution, what I did is this:

1. Open Device Manager. (Press Windows Key, type "Device Manager", press Enter)
2. Look for to "Universal Serial Bus controllers", and expand it (click the '>' button).
3. Look for "ND-tech USB adapter" created by the keyboard. (If there are more than one, reinsert they keyboard to see which one.)
4. Right-click on that and choose "Update Driver software"
5. Choose and click "Browse my computer for driver software."
6. Choose and click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer."
7. Choose "USB composite device" and click Next and proceed from there.
8. You should see two entries under Keyboards called "HID Keyboard Device"...
