[SOLVED] My keyboard keeps randomly disconnecting and reconnecting ?

Hello everyone, My keyboard just stops working randomly. I have an RK61 and it's a year-old keyboard. it stopped working randomly, I tried using a different cable but it's still not working. I plugged it into a different laptop and here it sometimes worked and sometimes it did not. Also, when it is working it is installing a driver then it will continue to work, but after I restart my computer it will not work again. I also tried using my old keyboard and it works properly. I hope you guys can help me and I'm sorry for my bad English. Thank you!

-Windows 7 OS
-Tried it on a new laptop (not working)

SO there is a firmware version on here but their site doesn't show any dates or version numbers so hard to know if you don't have it now.
Site also has USB drivers which might help problem at restart - http://en.rkgaming.com/download/1/

thanks for the help sir. but it seems like it doesn't fix the problem. When I click on the firmware it says "Can't find USB HID Device!!". Could it be the keyboard itself has the problem?

i think it is keybaord, especially since it happens on 2 PC. I was just hoping you could flash its firmware, could be its too far gone for that.

You probably need a new keyboard. I would get a better brand like logitech or corsair, they should last a few years...
