My keyboard randomly puts ¨ in the beginnig of words

So yeah, when I type some words, usually the first in a line has the symbol " ¨
" before it, or over it. It is really frustrating when I'm typing my passwords, and it randomly shows without mee seeing it. How do I fix this?

quotation marks? or two dots? not even sure what that is, its not on the ascii table: http://www.asciitable.com/

what language is set for keyboard in settings/time & language/Region & language - Languages (top one is default)

does it happen in every application?

Okey nevermind, even though I do keep my keybaord clean something was stuck in between, so every time I pushed the enter key the ¨would also appear
