My Keyboard seems to be causing Hard Locks with my PC

Hello everyone and thank you for taking a moment of your time to read this. This is my first PC build with all new parts. The keyboard I will be referring to is the HAVIT® HV-KB366L Magic Eagle. Anyways I purchased all the parts, put them together, and everything works fine (at first my keyboard was not being detected on boot, so i would plug it back in after a few seconds) until it lit up. I start playing some games on Steam. I opened up Skyrim, Fallout: NV, and Cities: Skylines and they all all hard lock at random times within 10 minutes of starting the programs. As its a new computer I tested the RAM (Memtest64 + Memory Diagnostics), CPU (visual inspection + Prim95), GPU (Furmark) and everything was fine. The CPU did get HOT (about 74c after 15 minutes) but I'm not running anything in Steam that would cause that amount of stress.
So here is why I think its my Keyboard. At startup it has problems finding it (if its in a 2.0 or 3.0 USB, it's a plug and play) and whenever my pc crashes the keyboard lights turn off and becomes unresponsive, even though the monitor stays frozen but the sound keeps playing. When I was doing trial and error I was unable to complete the RAM Memory Diagnostics when the Keyboard was plugged in (only able to make it about %6 of the way through the first RAM card before freeze) but worked perfectly when i unplugged the keyboard after initiating the test through restart.

For common problems: While i have a fan set-up (I know, with Fx-9590 i should have H20) my heat only reaches max 55c for CPU while playing Skyrim on Max resolution, and GPU never above 37c. I have an elevated case with almost no dust as its new. I have all of the latest drivers installed, only installed the above test programs + Windows 10 and Avast protection so Malware/viruses should not be a problem. I had 1 Code 43 for my CD drive but fixed that. I have /restorehealth and SFC /scannow and they were both ok. I applied the Arctic thermal paste :)
Any ideas as to what might be causing these crashes would be really helpful. Thank you.

The AMD FX-9590 is a CPU that doesn't have a bundled cooler and as such is left upon the end user to purchase an aftermarket cooler. Since the CPU has a rated TDP of 220W(without an overclock though it in itself is overclocked) the cooler of choice should be something along the lines of the Cryorig R1 Ultimate. What is the temperature monitoring tool you've used to verify that those are your temps?

To add to that bit of info have you made sure your BIOS, device and GPU drivers are up to date? If memory serves me right you'd be better off downgrading a few(2~3) tiers(BIOS wise) to ensure your system is optimally performing. You might want to back up your content before experimenting.

Is this installation of Windows 10 based off the free upgrade path or via a licence key? It could be possible that the drivers for the keyboard are causing an issue - try disabling the automatic device driver update feature and remove the device from device manager and re-scan for changes. Have you tried reinstalling your OS and seen if the issue is persistent?
