My keyboard settings have gone wierd and the arrow keys won't work when I try to change settings in bios

Seems my keyboard has forgotten it has all its keys so can't log on in main start screen and am stuck

What type of keyboard are u using if it is a USB try switching to a PS2 keyboard and then using it to enter the computer and then check for viruses and malware if the problem persists purchase a new keyboard PS2 is what i recomend
